Andrew had the most humble beginnings in Los Angeles where at the age of 11 he was removed from his home by California Social Services when his parents could no longer legally care for him. His mother suffered from depression and his father spent time in and out of mental hospitals with multiple diagnoses.This early intervention inspired him to earn his bachelor’s in Social Work at ASU and work in low income housing projects as a client advocate. He learned the importance of protecting his clients as he advocated for better housing conditions. Andrew and his wife Babs have been married for more than 25 years and have raised their 4 children in their family home, which is host to numerous charitable events annually and affectionately known as “Casa de Bloom”. The main event is the annual Super Bowl Party benefiting Phoenix Children's Hospital. In 2014, on his 20th anniversary in real estate, Andrew earned international fame among global real estate leaders when he became the 312th agent inducted into the esteemed Circle of Legends. Andrew has personally sold over $1.5 billion in residential resale real estate and runs the top real estate team in Arizona.
